Senior financing of a building complex project of c. 13,000 sqm.

Miria takes on the financing of the project costs, design phase, and administrative process to obtain all required authorizations to develop the land into a brand-new, good-quality residential building.

Financing of the acquisition and capex program of a resort located in Costa Brava, Spain, composed of 214 hotel keys and 268 luxury camping keys.

Refinancing of newly built 3-star hotel located in prime location of Dublin, Ireland. Property consists of 249 rooms spread over 8 floors. The project was completed in 2022, under the Hampton by Hilton brand in Ireland. The sponsor is a family run business, founded in 2009, owners of several hotels as well as residential and commercial portfolios in central London. The loan was repaid in November 2024.

Financing of a portfolio of logistics assets (c. 160,000sqm) located in the Greater Milan Area in northern Italy, strong European logistics hub where current vacancy rates are lower than 1%. The portfolio was originally composed of two income-producing assets, with three to be developed on a pre-let basis. The two built assets have been sold in December 2021.
